The Call Center module of SoftPharm is linked to the CRM and allows the pharmacist to answer calls and greet customers by their names, view their transaction history and see the last person in charge for their delivery. Adding some friendly personalization to the calls helps to improve customer relations and customer satisfaction.

Online orders need special delivery management and SoftPharm provides all the necessary tools to plan, manage, and monitor deliveries.
