Orders can be sent directly from POS devices and consolidated in the head office before distribution to suppliers.
You can also track receipts, returns, and expiry dates. Disputed items are automatically placed on hold to be resolved.
SoftPharm includes an advanced and secure e-ordering system, QuickNet, which is the first of its kind in the Middle Eastern pharmacy industry. QuickNet arranges for purchase orders prepared in SoftPharm to be sent electronically to the drug distributors and e-invoices are sent back to pharmacies.
