Employee self-service 

PayPoint HR allows employees to apply and manage their leaves in an easy and flexible way. It allows the employee to visualize his/her leave balance and apply for the needed time whether in hours, half days or full days.

Several approval levels can be configured, while the administrator can add several rules that prevent more than one employee in the same department from being off at the same time, for instance.

Paypoint provides the approver all the necessary information about annual leave, past and future, in order to help managers make the right decision.

Business leave can be managed as well, and employees can use the same portal to justify out of office hours or unplanned leaves.
